Room on Jyllandsgade is rented out
As my current roomie is leaving the apartment, I am now looking for a new one to take over the room. The apartment is located in the center of Jyllandsgade in Aalborg close to the Kennedy Arcade, and therefore there are good transport options by bus and train. The room will be rented indefinitely and with occupancy on 15 February. The entire apartment is 90 sqm and contains: - Entrance - Large bathroom with washing machine - Two rooms - Chamber for storage - Large kitchen-living room with dishwasher The apartment has basement room and bicycle cellar. The basement also contains laundry room where there is both washer and dryer. The rent is DKK 3,900 which includes rent, energy, internet and license. Here housing subsidies are offset. Therefore, you are expected to be a student. When moving in, the following is paid: - Deposit of DKK 5,000, which is paid to my current roomie. You take over her paid deposit, where she has paid DKK 11,000 - One month's pre-paid rent DKK 4,022 Total 9,022 DKK home environment. I hope there may be room for us to sit in the living room and watch a movie, have dinner together or have a beer or a glass of wine once in a while. At the same time, however, a closed door must be respected. As it must be our common home, it is important to me that we help with household tasks. Brief about me: I am 24 years old and studying for a daily finance bachelor at UCN, where I started this summer. I am originally from Aarhus, but have lived in Aalborg for the last 2.5 years.
