Hi everyone I am going to travel 6-12 months and therefore rent a room (approx. 15 m2) in an apartment of 98 m2 with two large balconies. You share the apartment with my good friend, Alexander, who is currently. rents one of the other rooms. In addition, there is a living room with sofa and large TV package as well as a kitchen-dining room with a dining table, dishwasher and access to the balcony. However, you should not expect to be able to pull the TV in to the room you rent. The room that is rented furnished has a bed, chest of drawers and a couple of pipes that I have hung in the ceiling and can be used to hang clothes. In the apartment there are two toilets where both have a shower, but we only use one for bath. Everything is included in the rent eg water, heating, electricity and internet. About myself: I am 29 years old and work in a major IT company as a UX designer. I travel to Asia to settle for a period from March 1 and 6-12 months forward and own the apartment in question. About Alexander - according to Anders ;-): Working daily as a project manager, crossfit a few times a week before the sun rises and makes a Thai curry that makes the angels sing. He has a good mood, massages of energy and often takes the initiative for a head cleaning. We think we will take specific house rules, etc., when we have found the right tenant. However, you should not expect to bring all the residential furniture as the apartment, as mentioned, is already furnished. Otherwise, there will be a notice / notice period of 2 months if my stay is shortened and I go home again. There is access to a laundry room on the ground floor, where you can wash for 15, - and use dry for 5, - You stand yourself to note how much you wash for and put it on top of the rent, which is sent on the 1st of each month.
