Room on Havneholmen Århus island
Hello home seekers! Oliver Thuesen and I have booked a nice, large and newly built 4 bedroom apartment on Thit Jensen Street on Havneholmen, Aarhus Ø, from 1/12, and lack a roomie for the last room. The apartment is a total of 112m² and contains a huge kitchen-dining room, 2 large terraces overlooking the sea and the apartment has a tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Since we have not moved in yet, our upcoming roomie will influence the layout of the common areas. The rooms are all equal and have a size of about 10m ^ 2. The monthly rent is 4700kr + consumption. In addition, a deposit of 3 months rent and prepaid rent of 3 months rent is payable. The price is before housing support. The apartment will you share with me and Oliver. Oliver himself comes from the Aalborg area, and has moved to Aarhus to study at Aarhus University. In addition, he has a part-time job in Elgiganten, and uses any spare time to be with companions. Morten is 22, and has full-time work, spending a lot of her free time in fitness and at the local bodega. We do not have the big expectations for our upcoming room, in addition to having a good time together socially.
