Room in Frederiksberg m. Balcony for rent (unfurnished)
I am looking for someone who would like to rent a 9 square meter room in my apartment on the 2nd floor on Frederiksberg. The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment situated up to Frederiksberg garden and overlooking this. It consists of my room, your room, entrance hall, kitchen and toilet with bath. The room is with a nice balcony, which lies just above Frederiksberg Garden, with a very nice view. The rent covers rent of room with balcony, internet, water, heating and electricity. In addition, it covers the use of kitchen and the dishwasher. There is plenty of closet space in the kitchen for your own service, food etc. There will be access to the toilet and bathroom, where there is also a washing machine where you can wash approx. 3 wash weekly. In addition, there will be a monthly charge of 2x washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry area belonging to the residential complex. A little about me: I am 22 years old and is a student at my third year at the University of Copenhagen, where I study a bachelor in sport with Danish as a subject. That's why I also like you to be a student so we can be good at creating peace of mind. When I do not study, I have two part-time jobs that take a little of my time. In addition, I love to be active where it is especially crossfit that has my interest (So super bonus if that's something you grow!). (-:). I'm a bit of an A person who likes to stand early up, and I like to be clean and tidy at home - if nothing else, so at least clean up :-).
