Room in Frederiksberg
I rent my one room in my 3 bedroom apartment located in Frederiksberg, 500 meters from Frederiksberg St and 2 km from the town hall square. The apartment is a total of 84 square meters where the room is approx. 18 square meters, we will share kitchen and bathroom. There is both washing machine and dishwasher for shared use. The rent is 5,300 incl. heating (aconto), electricity, tv and internet. I am looking for a tenant aged 21-26 years. Who are students. I hope, of course, that my coming roomie wants to cook together again and again, drink a glass of wine and have a cozy home together. I also expect you to keep the apartment clean, non-smoking, but otherwise just super sweet! In addition, I also expect you do not have allergies and are afraid of dogs, as it may happen that a dog must be accommodated in the apartment. A little about me: - I am 23 years old, studying at Roskilde University on the 1st semester. In my spare time I train, see my girlfriends and go to town.
