Room in Frederiksberg
Hi all the seekers. My boyfriend (Patrick) and I are looking for two new tenants, because our roomie has for three years unfortunately found its own place and our second roomie goes to Germany and lives. We have created two ads to separate the rooms. Movement d.1. February. ALL THE PRACTICAL! - Bright furnished 16 m2 room with large built-in closet - Shared large bathroom and kitchen. - Cooling area and freezer for all men (divided) - Dishwasher and garbage disposal - Common kitchen equipment - No shelf / can be brought as there is no room for it in the kitchen. - Not allowed to smoke (very important) - Not allowed with animals (visit only) - The property has a laundry basin. 10 kr. Per wash and free dryer + drying room. - Bike can be placed in the basement or in a somewhat secluded courtyard. - Green area in the yard and we live right at Lindevangsparken + close to Frederiksberg Garden. - Near metro (Lindevang) and S-trains (Flintholm and Peter Bangsvej) - The rent is incl. water, heat, electricity, big TV package, internet and a lot of common things like toilet paper, soap, cleaning products and the like (can not be deselected). WHO ARE WE SEARCHING? Clean-up: - We are looking for someone who can find out after themselves in common areas (kitchen and bathroom). Ie Basic things like doing clean in the sink, drying off and of course helping to start / empty the sink and the bin. One has to think that others should be able to come after one themselves - so the areas must be kept clean :-) - In addition, we have cleaning once a week. A cleaning plan has been made, so we change and therefore clean in the common areas every 4 weeks. Of course, you can make your own room yourself. The social: - In addition, we are looking for a boy / girl who is of course sweet and kind. It is always nice to stand in the kitchen and the like (there is no common living room). We mostly fit ourselves and see it as a kind of apartment. However, we are talking together and can enjoy us when we just encounter each other. Visits: - Friends / family etc. are of course always welcome to visit - also for overnight stays etc. Parties: - Also, if you are staying in a block with a lot of families with young children. In special cases, however, one can "warn" about a party :-) But we do not care much about it and prefer it to happen elsewhere. WHO ARE WE? I have full time work and start my candidate this summer next to my job. My boyfriend is a student and is therefore a part at home where he is reading etc. Otherwise we match work, friends, family and the like. We have mutual respect for each other in terms of noise and cleanup. However, we take into account if there is a visit, party or similar :-) We ask people to accept that communication ONLY is via this site!
