Room of 8.2 sqm
Room for rent: Hi. I live alone in a big 4-room apartment (terraced house) I would therefore like to rent a room as soon as possible because the apartment is too big for me only. :) A bit about the accommodation: The residence is in Herfølge outskirts of Køge It is on 95 sqm 2 floors. There is shared front / rear garden, kitchen, living room and toilet. The room is at 8.2kvm. Smoking allowed (even smoker) There is shared laundry (though only a laundry key) Waste shed is just out front. Bus and train options from both Herfølge and Køge Rent / Electricity / Gas / Other (wash) Rent 2500.pr mdr + wash consumption (different from what you use) Electricity & Gas 1000pr mdr (500 per part) Deposit 3000. goes wrong or you run from a rent.) All payment will pass by bank account as I hold rainforce for the sake of both parties. A lease will be made as the tenant will, of course, get a copy of it. Rental will be 6mdr (may be extended later, but I will seek less housing at some point). The landlord may terminate the tenant with a mrs notice if rules are not observed, but with the few rules it should not be a problem. Pets: only rabbit, birds and small animals. There are 2 cats and a rabbit in the house, so you must be able to withstand animals. (max 2 pets in the house therefore renters can only have small animals. Little about what I'm looking for. I am looking for a quiet and calm girl / lady who would like to live and have a nice peaceful place (please share and share a house with a girl ) You have to control your own things. It should be allowed and shut down and be self, so it should not be seen as a compulsion to stay in the living room, this is completely voluntary. But I also want to may be good and there will be no bother of any kind. Your stuff is yours and vice versa. Mutual respect is very important. You must have friends on a visit and have a nice party, but I do not want a wild party every weekend. I would like to see you together with a good solution, would be an unnecessary conflict.) Do you have children on weekends / holidays, this is not a problem because I have a son (though not at home) A little about me : I'm a fool of 31. I go to daily home is fp. I'm quiet and calm and mostly fits myself, but I would like to talk to people if you would like a familiar cabinet. I speak a lot with my animals (kidding can occur hihi) Loves animals and children.
