Room on 16 m2 close to Grøndal st.
Hi Louis here. I am 26 years old, reading to Social Advisor in the 2nd year. Photographs, draws, trains kickboxing and fitness and watches MMA / UFC on Sundays. Holds a lot of walks, fishing trips and once in between drukture. Listening mostly to death metal, so you may just be prepared. Can In spite of death metal and martial arts, I am a very quiet and calm, somewhat normal person. Trust me! :-) The apartment is 2 min on the go from Grøndal st. And approx. 10-15 min from Flintholm where there is also metro. (Always easy to get stiff home) The room I rent is 16 m2 with a large window. It will be freshly painted as you move in. The apartment is 65m2 with a large balcony in my room. There is a washing machine in the basement, where you have to write on a time. There is a good isolation between the rooms so we can rarely hear anything between the rooms. However, the doors to the hallway are a bit thin, so you have to list a little at night! There is internet and a huge TV package I unfortunately can not get rid of. It's a condominium that I own, which means there is no problem in that you have registered address here. Pt. Must find a new tenant, as my present and I have come to the conclusion that she lives at night and I during the day. - Bad combination! My room is a bit bigger, there is a big tv, netflix, xbox and a sofa that you can use as you please unless I close the door / have guests. You must use the balcony and smoke all the smokers and the like you want (as long as I'm awake). If you are a boy / girl or what you are, I do not matter. Expect you want to help keep kitchen, hallway and bath clean, do not leave large amounts of dishes on the kitchen table for several days, etc. Do not want cleaning lists and such a thing. Hopefully, we can find out that we are being helped. How else you want it in your room, of course you control it yourself. I'll get up at 06 all weekdays so you should like the same schedule and daytime rhythm as I do. People visiting their everyday lives preferably no later than at. 22, unless you are really quiet. They stay overnight or something. The same goes for anything other than low music after the 22nd. We have to fire it before, as long as there is respect for neighbors and me! Respect for each other, just what I'm trying to say. Rented with relocation already around May 15th. The 1st month is half a month and the rent is also halved that month. Write if you are interested and think you can keep me out and vice versa! :-)
