Room in Aarhus C - perfect location for students. Immediate move in possible !!! I am a young guy of 23 who is looking for a new roommate for a room in a 3 bedroom apartment of 73 sqm. I study for a strong curriculum engineer at Aarhus Uni and am currently doing two semesters. The room that is rented out is approx. 14 m2 with a large window facing the street. You have access to the bathroom, living room and kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a shared balcony of 4 sqm, facing a patio. The apartment is in a quiet entrance, 5 minutes walk from the School of Architecture, Navitas and the light rail towards Aarhus University. Are you on a bike it takes a maximum of 12 minutes to get to Uni, or 7 minutes to Aarhus city center, Dokk1 as well as the new Aarhus Ø. month is: 4,550 kr. incl. aconto consumption of electricity, water, heating and washing and internet (30/30 Mbit). Deposit of approx. 3 months rent total 13,650 kr. The lease runs for 12 months, but can be extended.
