Room of 13 m² for rent
My current roomie is moving out and so I am missing a roomie from August 1st. The address is Janesvej 13, 8220 Brabrand - the apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is close to Bazar West, City West, and there is a good neighborhood by bike to university - even shorter to the center :) The apartment is 97 m2, incl. 8 m2 indoor balcony where your room is 13 m2, excl. your own balcony. In addition, you will have your own bathroom, and then we have a communal kitchen, with good table space, and more than ample closet space, as well as a living room of 36 m2 (!) Your bathroom is equipped with washer and dryer, which of course we both can apply. The practical: Accounts: 1150, - Total rent, incl. consumption, internet and housing support: 4015, - As can be seen, the account is unusually high, but does not match the actual consumption. Therefore, expect to get some money back when the account is settled. If you are interested, it is also possible to get a joint home insurance so that we can save some money in this way :) I am 22 years old and start until August on the master's program in history - therefore I am also looking for another student , so it is possible to get housing support. I like to cook (especially ice cream!), Especially when it's for or with others. Which is why I also hope my upcoming roomie wants to cook together once in a while, even if it doesn't have to be every day of the week.
