Room of 10 m² in living area
We are two guys Nicklas 19 and Ander at 26 who are looking for a new resident for our small community when the third of our current residents, Lasse, expires on 15 March. Since a previous applicant has had to run away, we now resubmit the advertisement. The apartment consists of three rooms (one of the two of approximately 10 sqm being available), a common living room in the basement, shared kitchen and bathroom as well as cribs for storage. There is also access to shared garden and laundry basin, which is shared with the building's other homes. The rent for the room is DKK 2,735 / md incl. acconto water and heat. Power is settled independently of the electricity bill and the electricity bill is shared equally between residents. It is possible to seek housing support for the lease. The apartment is located between the center and the university, with approx. 10 minutes bicycle ride to both, and is also close to bus stop and approx. one block from shopping, including nightlife and Rosengård Center. Movement between March 15 and April 1st - but the earlier it could be done, the better. The room is not furnished --- About us: Nicklas is a 19 year old and studies law at SDU on the 2nd semester. He is from Falster and has lived in Odense since August. Ander is 26 years old and works with robotics.
