Room and share apartment in Skibhuskvarteret
(Contact me for english version) Hello. : D Since my roommate moves in with his girlfriend, there will be a room available in the apartment. The apartment is approx. 77 square meters and your upcoming room is approx. 8 square meters. There is a lovely large living room with a small balcony and an excellent kitchen which we have for sharing. The apartment is located on Skibhusvej and is within walking distance to both pizza and several supermarkets. The rent is approx. DKK 3,000 excluding electricity and internet. The earliest possible move-in is 1 June and no later than 1 August. (Deposit is agreed with my former room mate, Martin. I myself paid 8000 when I moved in so plus / minus that enough) My name is Stefan and we will share the apartment. I am 24 years old and I will start studying at SDU here after the summer, so right now I just hang out most at home (like most others these days). I love a good run, but certainly also a cold beer or a nice glass of wine. : D I would like us to find out together socially and can find time to do something together once in a while. Similarly, I accept a closed door and expect we can give each other space when needed. For me it is just most important that we can communicate and respect each other, then everything else can not be so difficult :) If you have any questions, feel free to write a private message to me.
