Room on Østerbro, Strandboulevarden is rented per. September 8, 2017 to approx. February 8, 2018. I'm looking for a new roommate when my sister travels to Central America. The room will be partially furnished, we find out! You will get the large room of 11 sqm next to the farm (nice!). The apartment itself is 77 sqm, with my room, living room, kitchen and bathroom / toilet. The rent is 3,500 kr. There is a 2 month deposit amounting to 7000 kr. The rent is 3,500 incl. ALT; Water, heating, electricity, internet, dishwasher, washing machine. About me: Emilie, 22 years old and start my second year at the Architecture School after the summer holidays.
