Room in the middle of Odense to be rented out with takeover August 1st!
I have to move this summer so that 3 beautiful girls will be missing a roomie in a 6 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of Overgade in the middle of Odense. The room is about 12 m2 and not furnished. The entire apartment is 160 m2, with 4 private rooms and shared kitchen / living room and bathroom, both furnished. In addition, there is a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a storage room. The apartment is 750 m. From the train station, 15 min. bike ride from the University of Southern Denmark and 5 min. walk from the pedestrian zone. The price for the room is approx. DKK 4116 per month incl. water and heating with a deposit equivalent to 3 months rent. In addition, there will be expenses for internet and electricity. A cleaning agreement is signed with the other residents, but it is expected that they clean up after themselves and keep the common areas clean and neat. In addition, you will have to live with: Emilie, 23, studying for a 5th semester chiropractor. Sofie of 24 years reading biomedicine 4th semester. Julie 22 years, who also reads to 1st Chiropractor. All students at SDU. They are all 3 very social and happy to spend time in the common room talking, watching movies or playing games.
