Centrally located master bedroom in Christiansgade - just a stone's throw from Åboulevarden. The accommodation is only a few minutes walk to the ARoS, cultural life at the music house, the strøget, Magasin and the cozy café environment at Åen. Large dining kitchen from 2007 with everything in white goods. From there access to a utility room with washing facilities (washer / dryer) and freezer. Furthermore, the bathroom comes with a separate shower and window. In addition, there is access to a nice farm environment with bicycle parking behind the property. The room costs 5000+ usage and a 3-month deposit is required. The room has an 8-door built-in closet, and views of Åen. As shown in the pictures, we rent the room marked with red, the green shows the common area and the blue is our private area :-)) We are doubts and will be students here this summer and have a saber year where we work and travel. We are looking for someone who wants to stay with us for an extended period of time. Smoking in the property and pets is not allowed.
