Room with exit to the terrace and garden!
Roomie in Aarhus wanted! I have rented a nice townhouse in Viby, which I lack one to share! The townhouse consists of two rooms with direct access to a large lovely terrace and small garden. In addition, there is a large common kitchen / dining room with everything in appliances, bathroom with a combined washer / dryer and a nice hallway with good storage space. The area is super nice, quiet, beautiful and with lots of greenery. There is free parking and if you do not have a car, it is 5 minutes by bike to the nearest light rail stop, which takes 12 minutes to the center of Aarhus. The city center bus is 25 minutes away. You're going to share the home with me and my sweet labrador Bertha, so it's a benefit if you like dogs. I am 28 years old and read a masters degree in German and psychology with a view to becoming a high school teacher. I am looking for a tenant who is about the same age and who is interested in a small cozy and social community, and would like to eat or drink a beer together occasionally.
