Room with access to the balcony
I'm a 24-year-old living with my good friend jacob, I have pt. A room available in my townhouse and hope to fill it with another happy person! The property is 98 sqm. With garden and garden, bike bicycle 20 meters from the residence. The rent is with virtually everything including water, heating, electricity, washing and much more. The entire house near the rooms you sleep on is for free use :) It is located in a lovely and quiet and peaceful environment with good neighbors, 1 min. From the bus that runs directly to Greve st. Otherwise it will take 15 min. On the go or 8 min. By bicycle. Shopping opportunities are also close by with the possibility of shopping in facts, Føtex, net, normal, pizza, food and much more. Both jacob and me are quiet and there is no big alarm or party every weekend! However, there is also room for this kind of occasion. A little about me as a person! I work in a SFO and love to cook, have fun in the garden and do sports and see my friends, I'm not the big party monkey and really bad humor ?? And so little about jacob! Jacob is studying for Jurassic in KBH, otherwise he keeps playing computer and enjoying friends and is learning to play on piano! Just as I keep the jacob from being social :) What are we looking for in a tenant? ?? We are basically looking for a woman aged 19-27. (Other is not excluded) that is strawberries and happy. Otherwise, I will not get too many requirements, rather talk and see how the match is;) Neither I or Jacob watch tv, so there is no possibility, but there is Netflix with the possibility of other streaming services. Ifht. Pets do not tolerate cat and dog, but finally ask if you have an animal you want to have, so we talk about the little extra life in the house never hurt :) Is there any further questions please feel free to contact me .
