Room with own loft for rent!
Hi all the home seekers :) I rent a room in my approx. 60kvm big apartment. The room is approx. 15 sqm large with own loft. The residence itself is located in Århus N, few kilometers from the university, high school and shopping opportunities. Should you go further, there's both a bus and light rail almost outside the door. The apartment is part of a townhouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, completely renovated, with nice large kitchen, nice bathroom furnished with washing machine - however, I would recommend applicants over 190cm to go on as there are sloping walls in the shower. A little about me ... 21 years old. Professional teacher. Works from morning / afternoon to late night / night. Enjoy keeping a nice home. Love to be sociable, but also appreciate my one-hour lessons. I'm smoking, but only in a free environment. Still watching Disney movie:) .. A little about you ... You're over 20 years old. You are a student, student or full-time employee. You have a sensible sense of sense and access to cleaning. You do not smoke in the lease but are welcome to use the staircase at the front door. You have no pets. You also appreciate having a fun base, so do not hold a private party every weekend. How often and often you go to town, I'm subordinate :) Looking forward to hearing from you :)
