Room with lovely views
My former roommate was taken to England, so I am looking for a new one! Either a temporary or who would like a permanent home. The apartment is pretty close to the station (about 5-10 min. By bike, 5 min. By bus or about 20 min. On foot) from which runs train services to Copenhagen and Funen / Jutland about every half hour, and a few times during the night. We shared toilet, kitchen, living room, hall and balcony with nice view to the Great Belt bridge and the sea. There is also a small basement room where you can store some things. The apartment is 74m2 in total and the available room is approx 12m2. A refrigerator, freezer and washing machine in the kitchen. I am a 24 year old student woman with after-school job, so it is not much I'm at home in the apartment. I am quiet and calm, but keeps in between parties so it can of course also be allowed as long as it is agreed in advance. The rent for the room is 2500kr a month and 500kr for consumption and internet. The deposit is located at 6000kr. Contact me if you have any questions or are interested in the room! :)
