All-inclusive room for rent in 4-room apartment
I rent a room in my 4-room apartment on Søborg Hovedgade. In the quoted price everything is included (water, heating, electricity, internet and free washing). The entire apartment is 101 square meters, with its own kitchen, bathroom, 3 rooms and a 20 square meter living room with a small balcony. Upon occupancy, the entire apartment will be painted and with planed wooden floor. The apartment is very close to various supermarkets, gyms and is only a short walk from Kildebakke station. To apply, you are expected to be a student and not a smoker. When renting the room, 1.5 months prepaid rent will be charged. Send an application where you tell a little about yourself. A little about me: I am a young student of 20 years reading Insurance Mathematics at the University of Copenhagen. On a daily basis, I really like working out and spending time with friends and family when I'm not studying. In the apartment I am looking for a partner who is willing to share the household stuff, but where a closed door is also respected.
