Hi! ? My girlfriend Niklas and I have a room of approx. 8.5 square meters for rent in Søborg I Gyngemoseeparken. We are looking for a roomie for a room that is unfurnished and costs DKK 4600 per room. month incl. everything (TV, internet, heating, water & electricity), with occupancy from 1/5 or 1/6. ? We rent the room unlimited! The deposit is 3 months rent (13,800 SEK) and the first month's rent :)? (We move in by 1/5) The apartment is a total of 98 square meters with 3 rooms and a common living room with kitchen room located on the 6th floor. In the apartment you will find washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment has 2 balconies of 6 square meters each for free use! ? The apartment complex itself is completed in 2017. On the floor plan you can see your room which is marked with a red square! We want it to be a community of residence, where we have the opportunity to be together, among other things. dinner or have a glass of wine or beer together, but a closed door to the room must also be acceptable. Niklas is 22 years old and works full time. I myself am 20 years old and must start studying at the University of Copenhagen until August. ? Besides us, there will be another girl named Hannah. Hannah is 19 years old and comes from Switzerland and finishes with an HF this summer and moves in during the summer.? Besides this, 2 cats will stay in the apartment :)
