Room for rent in a nice apartment close to the university park
Hi! I am looking for a roomie for my apartment, which I will take over on 15 December. Overall, the apartment is 71 m2 and is on the 4th floor. It has a large, newer kitchen and a large entrance hall with plenty of space for storage. In addition, there is a laundry room in the basement. The room that can be yours is approx. 10 m2 and in addition there is a built-in cupboard in the entrance hall which will belong to the room. Since I have not taken over the apartment myself yet and the current tenants have not moved out, I do not have the opportunity to post pictures of the apartment here. But if you are interested, I can send pictures - so please write, also if you have any questions :) There is a possibility of moving in on December 15 or January 1, depending on what suits you best. The price is DKK 2,690 per month without electricity and internet, which comes on top of the price. If you are a student, it is possible that we can receive housing benefit, which will of course be deducted from the price. There will be a move-in price of 3 months' prepaid rent (DKK 8,070) + first month's (or half a month's) rent. A little about me: I am 25 years old and study molecular medicine on a daily basis. In my free time, I spend time with my friends, do a lot of knitting and enjoy spending time in my allotment garden. If you are interested, please send me a message.
