Room vacant v. Viby Stadium
Hello seeking housing :) My current roommate moves in with his girlfriend, so I have a vacant room per. d. 01/03, with the possibility of moving before if desired. The room is about 13 m2, and the whole apartment is 83 m2. The apartment is located in Viby. We come to share common living / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent is 4200, - incl. electricity, water, heating, TV and internet, and washer / dryer in the basement. It is also mentioned that there is a dishwasher in the apartment. Additionally follows the rooftop, which is shared by the other tenants. I appreciate that common areas are kept neat and clean.
