Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for a single room for two months with occupancy d. 1/5 through d. 30/6. The price is for men. and is all inclusive (water, heat, electricity and internet). When moving payable both months rent and a month's rent as a deposit. The apartment is located in Valby right new elle mountain st, which has both regional trains and S-Bahn lines F, A and B. There are approximately 20min by bicycle to the inner city. The room is 10,4kvm large and has a built-in closet. The apartment is 109 sqm large and has both washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, bicycle parking and a balcony. The apartment is part of a newly built apartment complex, as we moved into last summer. We live in a total of three in the apartment and you will come to stay with me sweet roomie Laura and myself. Laura goes on a sports training at Paul Petersen's sports department and is finished for the summer. I am studying even a Bachelor of Science degree at RU. You will get to stay in a school environment, where there is room to sit in the living room with us or go in for yourself in the room.
