Hi, I've been given an apartment in the new Nordhavn (2150), Helsinkigade 12 on the 5th floor. The apartment is right behind the silo. The apartments are part of the Orienten residential complex and mine is a 3-bedroom of 104 square meters. I therefore want to rent out one room which is 12 square meters, with a storage room / walk-in closet of 4 square meters which belongs to this room. I have a floor plan of the apartment where all goals can be seen. I myself move in on 7/2 and therefore want to rent from 15/2 or 1/3 The housing complex is completely newly built, so I will be the first to move in. the rent is at 5400, - with heat and water electricity and internet will be a small extra expense. Rental is set from 3-12 months with possible extension.
