Hi, I rent a room in my apartment in Brondby Strand. Apartment info: The apartment is 112 sqm. The apartment is approx. 5 min. from Brondby Strand station. It takes approx. 20 min. by train to get to Copenhagen Central Station. Shopping opportunities are also only 5 min. from the apartment of. The room is furnished with a bed and a chest of drawers. The room is approx. 12 sqm. You have access to the kitchen / dining room and OWN toilet. The only place you are not allowed to stay is in the living room. In addition, the laundry room is 5 min. from the apartment - one wash costs 15 DKK. The rent is 4000 DKK incl. water, heat, electricity, license, internet and use of kitchen equipment (wear and tear). I expect: cleaning up after yourself, washing up after using various kitchen equipment, helping in the apartment with cleaning / vacuuming, is clean and welcoming. Do NOT wear shoes inside.
