Are you my new roommate? The reason I'm looking for a roommate is because I do not use my current apartment so much and a desire to reduce my monthly rent and instead save a little extra and have a more social housing, in the form of a roomie. The apartment is fairly new (completed in October 2017). Pictures can be sent. Invitation date can be made by appointment, if desired. Possibility of extended rental period. Briefly about me: I work as a Project Manager in a large company in Kolding. I am a friendly, outgoing, positive, humorous, considerate, responsible, calm person / landlord. In addition, I am non-smoker and have no pets. I play a little company break in my spare time and exercise a little race and fitness and spend time with family and friends.
