I rent a room in a 3 bedroom apartment on Fredericiagade in the western part of town - close to shopping, western fjord park and 5 min to the center. The apartment consists of a large, delicious kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bright living room with French balcony and two rooms, one of which becomes yours. The apartment has charming, slanting but beautiful wooden floors. In addition, the bathroom is big and new. In total, the apartment is 70 m2, located on the 1st floor, there is a shared laundry and a nice backyard. You are going to share the apartment with me, my name is Celine, I am 22 years old and started my 2nd Sabbath year where I have worked and traveled. In September, I start at the university, so it would also be useful if you were a student, as we can get a part in housing support. I appreciate that the apartment is kept clean in the common areas, that we share the domestic duties and that you take your share of responsibility for the apartment. There must be room for closing the door, but it could also be nice if we could cook or drink a beer together again and again :-) We are divided equally about the economy. In addition to the rent of 3,200kr, there is an account of 800kr / md, which covers heating and water accounts, as well as internet and home insurance. In addition, electricity comes every 3 months. From the rent, housing subsidies must be deducted, so the amount will be significantly lower. :-)
