Hello, we are looking for a roommate for an uninhabited room of approx. 10kvm at Doravej in Vejgaard, where we have lived for almost half a year. Note: The price is before housing support. About the apartment: - The gross area is 107.4 sq.m. incl. basement and balcony. - The apartment has its own laundry room, which is in extension of the kitchen. - There is a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove, washing machine and bathtub for free use. - Living room, kitchen (and laundry room), bathroom and balcony are common areas. - Located within easy reach of both AAU and Centrum. There are also buses a few meters from the apartment to both places, and there are short distances to grocers / supermarkets. - Both the living room and kitchen are lovely big and bright due to wide windows. - There is a locked bicycle cellar. - You also get your own closet (h = 251, b = 58,5, d = 54) in the entrance. - There are internet, Netflix and TV2 Play available. Briefly about us: - Our name is Bjarke (24) and Nanna (21) and are teachers and occupational therapists in Aalborg respectively. About you: - You are clean, responsible, attentive and accommodating. - You do NOT have regular contact with domestic or fur animals (due to allergies at one of the residents). Dog, however, is ok but must not be brought to the apartment.
