Room of 13 square meters for rent in January + February 2023. The rent is NOK 5,500 per month, incl. everything (internet about NOK 100). I would like you to be a student so that we can get housing benefit (approx. 500/- per person). When moving in, rent for both months + deposit of NOK 11,000 must be paid. The room can also be rented as a couple, the rent will be NOK 7,333 in total, and the housing allowance of NOK 500 will be shared between you. There may be possibility of moving in on 22/23 December. The apartment has a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room, balcony, bathroom and 2 rooms?? The apartment is located on Dybendalsvej and there are good transport connections such as 2A and Vanløse-/Flintholm st. Are you going to live with me?? I study landscape architecture at the University of Copenhagen and work on the side. I am looking for someone who is calm and friendly, but who can of course know how to swing the vacuum cleaner once in a while. Unfortunately, there is no possibility of an extension, as I myself have to move out in March. I look forward to hearing from you!
