The rent is at 4155kr. which includes water, electricity, heating and internet / tv (online). There may be a change in the rent after consumption. In addition, there is a deposit of 12'000kr. Renters are searched for a room in Valby, which is close to Ålholm st. of which there are good transport options: Bus (20 min to Central Station), train (5 min to Flintholm st. from which the subway runs). In the area are green areas such as Damhussøen (5 min walk), Søndermarken (10 min bike ride) and the same distance to Frederiksberg garden. Shopping opportunities in the area are 5 min. Walkway Net, Lidl and Irma. And about 10 min. By bicycle lies Spinderiet in Valby. I am looking for a down-to-earth person who is flexible and helpful when it comes to miscellaneous purchases and cleaning. The apartment facilities are following and will be available at an upcoming room: - A large shared bathroom, - A shared kitchen with gas stove - A shared furnished living room. And in continuation of the living room is a common east-facing balcony. - The entrance of the apartment is relatively small, so it requires that you store the majority of one's outerwear and shoes in your own room.
