We have washing and dry facilities in the apartment. The room is unfurnished and new. The apartment itself is brand new when they moved in last summer. There is 10 min on walking leg to south harbor st. and 2 min to bus 7A. The rent is at: 5500kr incl water, electricity, internet and heating.
