Room in large 4-bedroom apartment for rent
I stand and must move to Zeeland and my roomies therefore seek immediately a new roomie. Hello, we seek a fresh guy or girl to a small residential community on a total of three people in downtown Aalborg. You must be a student with a minimum of one years of study and preferably over 21years. The apartment is approx 130m2 and consists of three bedrooms, a walk, a toilet and a large kitchen-dining room. The room is rented is large and bright approx 20m2. There also follows a large wardrobe with room. We have fast Internet and TV, washing machine and dishwasher. We're looking for someone with good humor and common sense, not smoking and no pets. The monthly rent incl. water and heat. Normally we pay on top of the rent around 300kr for electricity, internet and television etc., here from subtracts any housing benefits. The apartment is located in Aalborg, with about 200m to the Kennedy Arcade, 1 km to the Virgin Ane Gade, and 700m to Karolinelund. Sincerely Nicolaj and Lisbeth
