Hello, I have just taken over a large apartment in Frederiksberg on a total of 103 sqm. I am therefore looking for a tenant for a single room. In addition to the room there is free access to two shared living rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The room has a built-in closet as well as a lamp. The rent is inclusive of all consumption. You will share the property with me, who is a 26 year old lawyer who works as a clerk. In my spare time I play a lot of sports including climbing, kayaking and badminton. In my everyday life, I'm usually not very much at home, but when I am, it's mostly for relaxing why I want a quiet and quiet home. I seek a tenant who takes into account and show mutual respect, not least in terms of cleaning, and who does not smoke or have the urge to hold the wildest parties, as it is a very quiet property.
