Room in new apartment in Valby (Grønttorvet)
ENGLISH BELOW My brother and I rent an 11 sqm room in an 86 sqm apartment on Grønttorvet in Valby. The apartment and the whole neighborhood are brand new (you will be the first to stay there). There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, a large bathroom, a delicious balcony and a washing machine. The rent is 4,850 exclusive consumption (water, heating and electricity will be approximately 400 per month) I myself am 24, have a bachelor degree in molecular biomedicine and must study my candidate at KU and CBS. Rasmus is 20 and begins his bachelor's degree at CBS after the summer holidays. We are looking for a roommate who is non-smoker and who would like to be students like ourselves.
