Hey. Since I got hold of my own cooperative, I am looking for someone who wants to rent the bedroom. It is a room with spacious space and massages of built-in closet space. The rent will be SEK 4200 which includes: - 14 m2 room - Fully equipped kitchen - The 4400 + 600 in consumption includes electricity, water, gas, internet and free use of laundry basement. - The room is rented out empty, but with the possibility of getting a half-person bed. - Fully equipped kitchen - Built-in cupboards in the room - Small bathroom The apartment's location is 1 min from Søborg main street, where there is plenty of opportunity for shopping, shopping etc. 6A runs every 5 min. and there is an S-train st. 5 min from there which goes into town in 20 min. Who I am? I am a 21 year old healthy student who works as a waiter next to study. In addition, I am with my friends, training in fitness and love to cook well.
