Room in the SV for rent
We rent a room of approximately 25 square meters in a 150 square meter apartment. We live two in the apartment - me at 19 and Konstantin at 21. We hold both sabbatical years and start studying this summer. Eva works full time in a law firm and in addition in a clothing store in the Frederiksberg Center, enjoy cooking and cake bakery and a fun evening every now and then. Constantine works full time in a television company as a cameraman. We would like to have a relatively quiet and quiet apartment with the opportunity to come home and relax. There are some single mothers living in the property with very young children, which is why there must also be a considerate noise level in the everyday life. There is a French balcony for each room in the apartment as well as a large balcony by the living room. We live at the top of the property and have no sloping walls ?? The boring: There is a laundry room with machines and dryers for 12 kr per wash. The property is non-smoking. The Internet is in addition to the stated rent and is at SEK 259 per month divided right between the tenants. We are told about the cleaning that takes place weekly in the apartment.
