Room in quiet area on Amager
Hi all home seekers, I rent a room on Amager from 1.9.2020. The room is 12.5 sqm, and in addition you will also have access to the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a common living room, where there is a nice balcony with lots of sunshine. The apartment is a 3-bedroom and I would stay in the second room. The apartment is located next to a residential area, and still with only 700m to Lergravsparken metro station. In addition, there are maps to Amager Strandpark, KUA and much more. The rent is 5000, - pr. month including everything (internet, water, heating and electricity). It will be possible for you to apply for housing benefit (which I do not need any of), and it is of course also possible to have a CPR address on site. A lease will be made - basically unlimited. I myself am 25 years old and studying to be an occupational therapist at Copenhagen University College. In my free time I like to listen to music (and play guitar), watch football, run and otherwise just be with friends and family. I do not have high expectations for a tenant, but of course I hope that we can have something social together from time to time (cooking, drinking a beer, etc.) and that together we make sure that the apartment looks proper.
