Room in penthouse in Aarhus island
I have got hold of a 5-room apartment of 140 m2 located in Aarhus Island, so I'm looking for 3 roomies for the remaining rooms. The rent is 4500, - incl. payments on heat. Electricity and water are settled separately. Takeover takes place per. 1/3 or 15/3. The deposit will be 3 months rent and 1 month prepaid rent. The apartment is on the 8th floor, so there is a fantastic view of the whole harbor. There is a large common kitchen-dining room, two bathrooms with bath, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and there are built in wardrobes in all rooms.
