Room in Ørestad south Minimum 6 Months
Hi every one! We rent a room in our delicious newly built 4 bedroom apartment close to Ørestad from 14 February / early March! Your room will be located separately from the other bedrooms you can see on the sketch, and in addition access to all public spaces such as kitchen, toilet and our large room - including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment also has 2 large balconies, with morning and evening sun. Since it is on the 6th level, we also have good views of the city and natural areas. The apartment is within walking distance of the Metro (M1), it is surrounded by nature, water, hills and a private lake to the neighborhood, creating a unique environment you can not find any other place in Copenhagen. Furthermore you will find here parking and a huge sports field with basketball, football and outdoor gym. Last but not least is the apartment only one stop away from Royal Arena, Fields, and two stops from Copenhagen University. It takes about 15 minutes by metro to Kongens Nytorv, and also stops directly at CBS. We start by making a contract for 6 mån. But it's very good chances for prolongation. Rent for room without a balcony 5600 (incl. Consumption). Internet and TV Pack: about 250 € Electricity: max. 100 DKK per month deposit is 5000 DKK + 2 months prepaid rent (16,200 in total) paid before moving in. The room can be rented with furniture (no extra charge) or outside. About us who live here: Pascal now rents his room out, a guy of 22 years from Malmö, and has previously worked full time for Diesel. The reason that he sublet his room, he got a job in Stockholm and will stay there for a long period. However, he comes and greets us every now and then :) Right now lives here two cute girls who are going to be your new roomies! Kristine, Swede to 26 years old, working long days in the Danish Bank, but can find to make any food for us all when she is at home. Although she is a bit like our own housewife, she likes to rock with us on weekends. Sofie, Jutlander at 24, has come to the big city to work as a project consultant by a voluntary organization. She's not a shark in the kitchen but on the other hand always ready for small talk, movie night or a night out. A little about yourself: We are looking for someone who has a good sense of order and who treat the apartment as a home. Either working or studying you full time, in control of your finances. You are social and relaxed, but also responsibility-and open to new experiences and friends. You can also find to hang out with your roomies now and then. You must be the guy or girl, tall or short, blonde or brunette, you are welcome to apply regardless. We would like that you are in the middle 20s +, but if you have the right personality, an exemption also happen. We hold regular discussions to find the right candidate for the room.
