About the apartment: - The apartment is a two bedroom part-friendly apartment on Thuresensgade in Odense C with 10 min bike to SDU, 5 min to the pedestrian street and 8 min bike to the station. - The apartment is bright and neat with entrance, two rooms and well-functioning kitchen and bath. - Bicycle storage room, laundry room and large basement room. - Super Bridge right next door, net and facts 5 min walk. - The apartment also has a dishwasher! : D About the room: - Approx. 12-14 sqm - White and light Price: - Rent incl. water / heating: 3130 kr - Internet and electricity: 250 kr - Housing support: The housing subsidy is just under 500 kr, so you will end up with a monthly price of approx. 2900 kr incl. water / heat, electricity and internet. - Deposits + three months prepaid rent: DKK 15,000 About your future roomie: - Nanna, 23 years - Studying economics at the University of Southern Denmark and starting his 3 year to September 2019. - A real fun-loving, who loves to be social, but also enjoy a night alone once in a while.
