Room in new house in Brønshøj / Husum
I rent a room in my small newly built house in the cozy garden association Birkevang from 1st September. Beside me, my Danish-Swedish farm dog Louie lives here too, so you do not have any allergies to dogs. He is very kind and happy. You have the right to kitchen, dining area, bathroom, utility room / entrance hall with washer and dryer and to the garden. I would like the living room for myself, but you may use the repos to eg. storage or desk. The room is brand new, bright with 2 skylights and a gable window. The room is located on the first floor, so there are sloping walls in the room. The room is furnished with bed, dresser (white), desk, chair and lamps. You are of course welcome to have friends visiting, but there is no possibility to have a party. Rent includes water, heating, electricity, TV package, internet, license, home insurance (which also covers if your bike should be sailed).
