Room in newly built townhouse (3 floors) at Bella Center
Hello. I have just signed a contract for a 5-room townhouse (3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms) spread over three levels. On the ground floor is a kitchen with bathroom 1. On the first floor is the living room and the first room. On the second floor are the last two bedrooms and bathroom 2. The idea is that my brother is going to live in a room (for a period), I have to live in another and that you have to live in the third room. But nobody has moved in yet and so I'll also figure out how to show it before December 1st, but the townhouse can be seen here: https://www.taurus.dk/til-leje/ledige- lejemal / ledig_lejemaal / 285 Additionally, I have not fully determined what the aconto amount of water, heat and electricity will be but I think the total rent will be 5,600. (The apartment itself is 15,467 per month, excluding aconto). I'm also not sure how big the room is, but I'll be back when I've talked to the landlord. The reason I rented a townhouse is that I myself went and found it difficult to find a room, and then have to vacate my dorm room by 1 December. (because of the completed study) I was pressured on time. About me: I am 26 years old. This summer I finished my studies at Cand. polit. at the University of Copenhagen. I have subsequently worked at Nordea's headquarters, where I work as a Credit Risk Model Analyst. Originally I come from Svendborg on Sydfyn and am a very down on earth person. I do not smoke, keep pets and think I'm easy to get around. I see myself as a very relaxed person, and like to have people around me, cook together again and again or put a movie on. My brother is pt. chef cook at Kokkeniet and is therefore working all the time. He is 28 years old and is also easy to get around and, of course, has to cook for us when he is at home :) If you think I am an interesting subject, please write me here or to my mail: Sincerely, Niels Petter Thomsen
