RENT EVEN FOR 2 MONTHS OR UNLIMITED As our Swedish roomie returns to Sweden during the summer, we stand with a free room. Basically we rent the room for the two months our roomie is gone, but if we can not find any suitable candidates, we are looking for a permanent roomie. So, write at the beginning of your text if you want two months or permanently. APARTMENT: is 103 sqm, consisting of three rooms, a living room / kitchen / family room, bathroom and shared balcony overlooking the water and Amagerfælled. We have dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is also a lift (important when staying at 5.) ROOM: 11 sqm with built-in closet (see photo). For two months rent, the room is furnished with a bed and a bookcase. Unlimited, the room is unfurnished, but if you wish, you can buy the bed and bookcase that is already there. The rent of 6100, - includes all (water, heating, electricity, internet). Deposit depends on whether you wish for unlimited rent or not. For unlimited rent, the deposit is 16,350, - ABOUT US: You will stay with Jeppe and Freja. Jeppe is 27 and works daily with communication and operation. Freja is 22 and reads a nurse and works as a nanny. We are looking for someone who wants to join the social community, like communal eating, Trivial, etc. We look forward to hearing from you!
