Room in newly built apartment in Valby
I'm one of the lucky ones who have grabbed a newly built apartment in the new residential neighborhood Grønttorvet located in Valby. In this connection, I rent a room in the apartment. The apartment itself is a 3-room apartment of 91 sqm. It is totally newly built and we will be the first residents of the apartment when taken over 1/7. The room rented is approximately 10 sqm and has a built-in closet. Of course we share a lovely living room, kitchen, south facing balcony and bathroom. In the apartment there is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, there is also a basement room that can be used freely. The rent is inclusive of consumption (water, heating, electricity, internet and home insurance). Deposit is 2 months rent, plus one month's prepaid rent (3x6800 = 20400 kr.) A little about you: You have permanent employment and therefore also a fixed income. You are probably somewhere between 25-30 years. You are used to living out and it is a definite plus if you have previously known to live with others. I prefer you, like me, to have a nice and tidy apartment where cleaning comes as a matter of course when needed. You are non-smoker, as smoking is prohibited in the apartment, just like you are over the stage at the party every weekend. A little about me: I am 26 years old and originally from Aalborg. I moved to Copenhagen last year in connection with my work in Topdanmark's IT department. I spend a lot of time on my work and therefore I prefer a tenant who also takes a lot of time at work and looks at the home as a place to relax. In addition, I am very sporty and play football and cycling a lot. I am socially employed and will spend some time in the common area, which I hope you will also do. The address is not correct because the address does not exist according to findroommate.dk, but it is the address that is located just above the area where the apartment is located.
