I rent a furnished room of approx. 8 m2 in an 84 sqm apartment with use of bath, kitchen, dining & living room. There is bicycle storage for both elm bikes but also loading bikes. The rent is incl. consumption water, heating & electricity and fast internet connection where there will be access to Netflix, HBO Nordic, C-More and other streaming services. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment for your use. Delicious modern kitchen with fridge / freezer, glass ceramic hob, hot air oven and dishwasher. There is a floor heating system throughout the apartment that is controlled in each room. I am 39 years old and work as a deputy manager in aircraft catering business at CPH airport. I have a girl of 7 years and a boy of 3 years as I have every Thursday and every other weekend in the straight weeks from Friday to Monday so it is important that you have nothing against children. They are now quite peaceful and not particularly noisy. I am a regular man and can do a bit of looking clean and nice, I am socially minded but would also like to have time for myself once in a while. I love to watch movies and series and am also festive when I do not have children. In addition, I have a girlfriend whom I often attend in the evening, but of course she also comes with me both when the kids are there and not. Since it is all about chemistry, I naturally suggest that we meet and drink a beer or a cup of coffee and just look at each other before making the big deals.
