Room in newly built apartment 500 m from Amager Strand
Me and one of my best friends are renting a 9 m2 room in a brand new apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is part of the newbuilding Strandhuset61. It is a 96 m2 apartment with three rooms and a kitchen / living room, large bathroom and large balcony. The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment complex has an elevator, a basement depot, a bicycle storage room and a shared rooftop terrace. Your room has good space, high ceilings, with a large window lot overlooking the courtyard. The rent includes rent, water and heating, internet, license, home insurance and electricity to some extent as it may vary, but hopefully will not have the big effect on the total rent per month. We require 2 month deposit and one month rental for the month you move in. The apartment is located 450 m from the Øresund metro and the Lergravsparken metro, 100 m from Fakta and Kvickly, and within 5 min walk to Amager Strandpark. You will live with two fresh guys, one student in store and another full-time shop, with plans to study. We expect you to be down to earth, like having fun, having a party once in a while, but also good at balancing those things and respecting the privacy of others. We also expect you to have no problems with the economy and not registered in the RKI. * NOTE * The apartment is not furnished as in the pictures.
