The apartment itself is 96 m2 with 3 rooms, open kitchen / living room, large bathroom and balcony. In the apartment we have: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. In addition, we have a basement room and a bicycle storage room. The apartment is approx. 500 m from both Øresund metro st. and Lergravsparken metro station, 100 m from Fakta and Kvickly, and less than 700 m from Amager Strandpark. The room is unfurnished, bright, with high ceilings and courtyard views. The rent is incl. water, heating, internet, license and electricity. When moving in, 2 months rent deposit is charged, in addition to the rent. You will live with two fresh boys: Marc of 23, a student in store and Maciek of 22 who are students. We are socially landscaped and love to drink a beer on the balcony and play ball on the beach, but of course we respect privacy and a closed door. It is important for us that we work together and therefore wish to hold talks with any tenants before moving in.
