Dear Homebuilder My buddy and I have been fortunate to have an apartment at Sydhavnen that we would like to share with you. The apartment is approx. 101 sqm, where your room will be approx. 10 sqm2. The apartment is brand new, which contains absolutely delicious new kitchen from HTH and will also have washing machine, dryer and not least dishwasher. The rent will consist of 5,600, where water, heating and internet are inclusive. The deposit / deposit will be 27,500, where 16,500 will be the deposit and the remaining 11,000 will be prepaid for the first month (March) and the last month you live in the apartment. A little about us: We are two young boys aged 20 and 21, respectively, who both study at CBS daily. Frederik studies HA general and Peter studies HA European Business - both on our first semester. We are both busy people, as we are very much into our studies and friends. Herud not said that we are never home of course. We are both very interested in sports and enjoy coming out and being active. We hope to get a person who is also studying who wants to take part in the apartment, as we hope we can create a great home together, where we are all happy to live. Not to say that privacy is not accepted, as we also just want to be ourselves once in a while. We will answer the races on inquiries and agree more about a conversation over a cup of coffee.
