Room in new and delicious apartment
Hi! I am looking for a roomate for occupancy in the apartment per. 01/08, but with the possibility of moving already per. 7.1. The apartment is located in a new apartment complex from 2014/15, so it still appears fresh and nice. It is 62 sqm and contains a small entrance hall, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 rooms (both identical with a size of 10 sqm), large bathroom with washer and dryer and a small "dining room". The apartment is close to Aarhus University and shopping, and a maximum of 10 minutes from the city center (by bus). I am looking for a quiet and responsible roommate who respects a closed door, but is also aware of social well-being occasionally. The apartment needs to be shared and therefore cleanliness will be appreciated, without it being too exaggerated. In short, I study at Aarhus University daily and work next to it. I'm a quiet and fun type, who loves to be social, but at the same time wants privacy from time to time. But who does not? The rent all inclusive is DKK 4874. It includes rent incl. consumption, fast internet and electricity. If you are a student or studying after the summer vacation, which would be preferable, housing support will be sought of approx. 400kr. per. man, so the rent is 4474 kr. Prepaid rent (rent incl. consumption x 3): 13,977 kr. Deposit: 10,000 kr. Total: 23,977 kr.
